I did not get that much info out of the book. I find this board to be just as good and a few of the member sites have just as much information on the gear.The pictures are in black and white and clarity is not all that .. I would not spend the 50 bucks for it. I wish i would have bought war ,even though it is out dated. ------------------ " TAKE IT SERIOUS OR GO HOME ! " | ||

NutriSport sells it for $33.95+tax. I have read it-it's not bad but should be in color. ------------------ |
