I know everyone will say Deca....but besides that. I have tendonitis in my knees and am considering going to the Dr for some pills, but are they worth it? Would Joint Support or Glucosamine be just as effective?

I've tried a lot of shit for my shoulders. Glucosamine seems to have some effects but when I did my Deca cycle, even at does of like 100-200mgs, it felt like I was 16 again!
Good luck,
Jay

I feel for ya' bro. I have had both knees done (2 scopes on left, 1 on right) to remove the medial meniscus (no choice, knees "locked-up"). I also have acute tendonitis in the right shoulder (Mid-thirties and a hard life ). No cartilage translates to short-term problems/pain and for the long-term, arthritis.

To answer your question(s): I've gone the OTC "joint support" route numerous times, tried various products and dosing regimens, etc. I'm not convinced. I can't prove or disprove the effectiveness but for me, it has not panned-out over the past 15 months. What I do is try to minimize the pain (which does nothing but promote more degradation, but what can you do?) When it gets bad, I dose 800mg Ibuprofins (from a doc buddy). Doses over 600mg act as both an anti-inflamatory and pain control agent (body weight is a factor). Good for the organs, no, good for the joints long-term, no, but hopefully this helps a little.

Later,
