im gonna deit down a bit before i start my bulking for winter.hows this sound.... meal 1- 8 eggwhites,protien shake,2p whole wheat toast,2 c of water meal 2-mrp mixed with water,2 cups water meal 3-1 can tuna,protien shake,2p wheat bread,1 c water meal 4-mrp mixed with water,2 c water meal 5-1 can tuna,protien shake,2 p wheat bread,1 c water meal 6-2 chicken breast,a small portion of fiberous vegtable,2 c water this isnt anything special, just a clean diet to drop some wieght before i bulk tell me what you think. ------------------ | ||

im keepin the bread in there for some fiber so i can shit like a normal person. i havent figured out the calories and carbs and shit but roughly i figure around 250-275 grams of protien. im 5'7 230 right now at 11-12%bf ------------------ | ||

Looks fine to me. Thats how I figure my diet also. How much protein I need than structure everything else around my protein. | ||
