I'm sure this is dependent a lot on the individual, but say that your diet and sleep are up to par, about how long 'till you start to lose size/strenght? I'm not taking any time off, just curious. I don't remember where I heard it, but I've always thought it was about 12-14 days. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

It's been my experience that you can get away with 14 days while on, 10 off. When I've had surgery and was off for 6 weeks at a time it only took my muscle memory 3 weeks to get back to where I was. But I think a lot has to do with your age. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I read somewhere that you lose your gains twice as slow as you gain them. Which means if you have been training for 1 year and then stop it will take 2 years to get back to your original state. This is assuming you are not a steroid user. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I was on crutches for three months after a knee surgery and I didn't loose anything to badly and after my cycle I have kept the gains and gone up some more in weight as well ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
