Ok guys, if you haven't told your doc you are using, i suggest you immediately do so, if hes a cool guy anyways. Well today i went to the enfermery at my college here to get my BP checked, they had to look for 15 minutes to get a cuff to fit my arm, and the first thing the doc asks me is, you ever done AS. So i said yes, he didn't get mad, he just said its not good for me, blah blah, and then he said he only sees a small fraction of the guys who cycle, but he wishes more users would get checked. He's gonna do my bloodwork and told me i could come to him for any problems or questions. Man, i feel so much better now.

Your lucky to have a cool doc bro. I am starting to think my doc never even went to med school. About 3 months ago my lymph nodes on my groin started to swell big time, around my third week of my deca cycle. So I go to the doc and show my lymph nodes to her. I told her about the deca, which she never even heard of. Then she tells me the swollen lymph nodes werent from steroids, and that I most likely have cancer of the lymph nodes or HIV! She scared the shit out of me. Completly ruined my cycle, but when the blood work came back, I was fine. Till this day the idiot does not know what cause my lymph nodes to swell, but I know it was the deca. ------------------

Diesel, I remember that bro it was like 2 or 3 months ago.. You were all freaked out. Glad you're alright bro. Consequently, can a doc refuse to help you if you're on A/S? Im trying to figure out what my doc would say if I asked her to run my blood for t,fsh,lh before I start a cycle.

Virgin, your doc should do whatever you say, thats what they get paid for. I recommend telling your doc everything you do, otherwise they can't help you correctly. If worst comes to worst, go see a sports doc and have them run the tests. ------------------

i don't think the doc can refuse to help you bro, everything between you and the doc must remain confidential, its the law. Just explain what you are going to do and that anything he or she says isn't going to change your mind. My doc was cool as hell, he was like, "everyone who i see that is on AS knows more about the stuff than i do" so he's just gonna watch out for my bloodwork and stuff--GO SEE YOUR DOC, you'll feel much better

One of my friend's doctors turned him down when he asked if he could watch him during his cycle. He said he didn't wanna be involved in anything that was illegal. They're not allowed to release any info on you. But they have the right not to help you out if they want. But most docs like helping. My doc at school is cool like that too. GOod luck thru that cycle

A doc turned me down when I asked for blood tests prior to a cycle and it's not even illegal up here! |
