If I would like to gain muscle, about 10lb's, is it possible to lose fat at the same time? What would be best for my goals, 200mg deca, 100mg primo, or 250sus only, or maybe 250 sus, and 100mg primo? Any suggestions? I want to gain but on the same time get more cut up, is this possible? ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

What about cutting down on the cal the last 2 weeks or so, a "mini" cutt up, so to say. I mean, If I do 250mg sus for 8 weeks, and eat 4000cal a day, protein: 1.5-2/lbBW(3-3.5g per kgBw), and then week 7 and 8 I'll cut down on the cal to a 2800cal/day, but still a high protein=1.5-2/lbBw??? ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Bro, it's "possible" to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time...however I agree with the other posts. To get your full dollar's worth put of the juice, I'd do a bulking cycle with some test, deca, dbol, anadrol, etc., then a cutting cycle with clen, T3, primo, winny, eq, etc. *IF* you have to gain-lose in a short amount of time, you could do 2 shorter 4 week cycles back to back, but you'd need "faster" acting drugs for the bulking cycle like test prop., etc. Good luck, and remember, DIET is the key to both schemes!!
