Well in my first workout back from a minor pec injury, I managed to dislocate my shoulder. Fortunately it wasn't too bad; a partial tear of the labrum, for you anatomy buffs, according to my doc. My question is this: I want to due a cycle this winter that includes Sust (I've never used test before). If I've already injured myself benching what I do now, am I putting myself in greater danger of a more serious shoulder injury by doing a cycle that will probably put my max bench close to 500 lbs? Should I change my cycle to a cutting cycle and keep my weights down and my reps high for awhile? Anyone with any knowledge or experience with this type of injury, I'd love to hear your thoughts. Thanks. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

well i just recently dislocated my shoulder too. It doesnt matter how serious it was, you have to wait until it fully heals or it will bother you for the rest of your life. That's what people told me. Look for my post called 'dislocated shoulder.' but i was told that it might take a full year until you're back to your normal weight! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I agree w/ aky. Had some shoulder problems last month from maxing out. Took only a week off and re-aggravated my shoulder.finally i i went light for about three weeks and felt much better even though i still feel some occasional minor pain.Try using dumb bells for better control, seemed to help me out. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
