I started lifting at 18, I weighed 165 at 6'1. I was doing way too much running and not enough eating. 8 years later, with enough spent sweat to fill a pool and never taking more than a week off from the iron game. Through it all I have come out 90lbs, heavier. Yes, I am sure some is fat... but at 255 my performance is almost as good as it was at 190 when I did collegiate track and field.

+90 lbs for me, how about you guys

Now that I have started serious strongman training, I will look to go to 280 by next summer for some national contests.

GROW

but then again when I was 12 I was the same hieght as now (yes no growth whatsoever) and wieghed 180 and was clinically obese...

no gear for me..... yet..... i hope to be 200lbs someday,, which would be a lot for being 5'5"

Hey BigJay, thanks for the swift kick in the nuts. Dude, you have NO IDEA how tiny I am naturally. You could probably wrap your fingers around my wrists two times. I was actually a good bit smaller than 120 before I started working out, and I'm 25 now so no, I'm not young and still growing. You may not believe it, but I actually had to work just to get to 120. Like I said, you have NO IDEA how tiny I am naturally. So how about keeping the "dumb" comments to yourself untill you know a little about the person your speakig with. I don't judge you or anyone else on their stats, I expect the same. How many peole on here start juicing when their fat as fuck? If you're tiny as hell and can't grow, and bust your ass daily, you come to a point where you get sick of it. Trust me, if you had to work just to get to 120, you'd be right where I'm at now. Peace......

I fall in atthe typical yo-yo category.
During Highschool football kept me at a solid
210 lbs.Stayed away from the gym and partied for about 2 years and shot up to 240 lbs.Hit it hard for another two years and went down to 210.Some gear here, a pinch of this a smidgen of that and now im stuck at a solid 225 lbs until mid Oct.

18, Took an ass load of weight gainer to bulk/fatten up before basic. after basic I was down to near zero fat and weighed like 132lbs. I am 5'9" so i looked like Bruce Lee.
Now I am fixin to turn 22 and weigh 162.
Weighed 168 last month but had a hernia op.
30lbs ain't bad considering all but the last few pounds were natural.

When I was 15 in '88 I picked up my first db weighing 112lb at 5'11". I was one scrawny mf. Probably from my martial arts training and fast metabolism. After 3 years at 18 training naturally I got up to about 140lb I also grew a couple of inches to make 6'1". By 21 I was about 154lb after 6 years of totally natural training. I then did my first cycle after years of research and jumped up to 182lb in 8 weeks. I then took cycles over the next 2 years and got up to 220lb, yes I almost doubled my weight and no I wasn't bloated, I was still quite lean. I had a bad car crash then which laid me off and had a bad relationship which although I still trained, slowly took the pounds off me. I dropped right down to 161lb when my baby son was born premature. 3 months of little/no training, no dieting, worry and sleeping on hospital floors whenever you can is extreemly catabolic. I'm now 27 with a new gf who is totally supportive of my training. I'm back up to 210lb and desperate to do what I almost did 4 years ago, double my start weight. I don't wanna stop there though as I know that I can get much bigger than that and I see it now as my final opportunity to compete and get something to show for the 12 years I've trained. The hunger is back and I will be the best mf. monster ever!

Monstrosity, your story is nearly identical to mine! At 18, I was 6'1" and 165. Now, at 31, I'm 215. Not quite as big as you bro, but people who knew me back in the day are always amazed when they see me again. Don't you wish we knew then what we know know? Shit, I would have dominated my high school football team if I would have been even 20lbs heavier! And you are right, I'm actually a better athlete now than I was then. I'm easily just as fast and can dunk a basketball with ease now. Oh well!
