fellas- made my first post a few weeks ago then learned to READ. Been up and down this message board everyday since, hell of a lot a stuff to register and some funny shit. I'm in the same boat as Buckhouse in that I have experience (but always a work in progress) in training and diet. It's the gear that is brand new to me. Without making myself someone's all-day project I'm interested in my first cycle. I'm 5'10", 195lb, 26yrs. Have no idea of BF% but there ain't much there to keep it simple. I want 210 lbs. I've read as much as I can off this board and am now familiar with all (close to, anyway) that is available, but how to put it together into an effective cycle for me is tough....I just have no exp. I do have questions as well on whatever might be related to the cycle ie. gyno, post cycle supps, etc. but in case the org request enough for now, will wait on that.......I'll keep reading.....thanks bros can someone give me a start?.... ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Although you will get many different viewpoints, a lot of people start with something like 500 mg of sustenon and 400mg of deca for 8-10 weeks, along with clomid. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I agree with Thick Dawg, do some test (like sust) and either some deca or eq for 8-10 weeks, having the appropriate clomid/nolvadex on hand for sides...you could throw in some dbol, too! ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
