Looking to do Winny for the first time. Just take 1 cc of winny and shoot it into an empty gel cap and swallow once a day? Is it that simple and effective?     | ||

You won't fit 1cc in a gel gap, you will need a few of them depending on the size you get. I just shoot it in my mouth and chase it with water. It doesn't taste awful or anything. D. | ||
