I don't have a sauna but I like using the jacuzzi after I'm done. Sometimes it's hard to stay awake though. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

very relaxing! And that is good for muscle recovery. Jacuzzi also massages a lot of muscles so that is good as well. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
