People have said that you need a lot of slep while juicing. Right now I get about 4hrs. I'm not on now but I'll be soon. Is it from the workouts or does it have to do with putting the juice to use? If so then how much sleep do you need? ------------------

You need between 7-10 hours of sleep everynight! Without this rest your body will go into an overtraining mode and you will start to break down muscle tissue. The above rule is for on and off juice, but while on juice, you may find that you need more. So, if possible and the mood strikes you take a 1 or 2 hour nap. I take one every Saturday and Sunday and anytime I don't have to be at work. chesty ------------------ Ooooh Rahhh!

Bro, Ok i think as a guide 10 hours is what you should aim for. I dont think your gonna give your body time enough to repair and build if your only getting 4 hours worth of sleep. I get on average about 8 hours some times more sometimes less and still feel a little tired in the morning's. ------------------

YOU SHOULD TRY TO GET ATLEAST 7 TO 8 HRS OF SLEEP EVERY NIGHT, ID DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU ARE ON OR OFF. WHEN YOU ARE ASLEEP IS WHEN YOU GROW AND RECOVER FROM YOUR HARD TRAINING . ALSO HOW CAN WORK AS HARD WHEN YOUR NOT COMPLETELY RESTED. EAST_COAST_BB

Personally i need 8 hours of sleep all the time to really feel good during the day. There are even somedays when i get 10 to 12 hours of sleep. I don't think it matters if your on juice or not you really should try to get a little more rest even if it is during the day. and like someone has already said it is as important as your diet! What about us people that can't sleep when it comes time for it. It doesn't matter how many hours I sleep I always feel real good in the morning when I get up. But does anyone think my body is suffering from that. I have tried most of the OTCs out there and none seem to help out. There was some mention of HGB or GHB (however you spell it). Was wondering what that would do for this condition. I don't know about making a body go to sleep when it doesn't want to. |
