OK, I think I have the strangest source problem that I've ever heard of. I had an order sent from another country recently. It arrived on the 14th, and I've been trying to contact the source ever since to pay him. We spoke every day since the order was placed, until the day before I recieved. The guy was cool as hell so we'd bullshit on the computer everynight. When I recieved, I emailed him to set up the payment, but he never responded. I have emailed him everyday since, but no response. This is odd because as I said, we spoke everyday. There has to come a point where I just give up. His service was outstanding and I did recieve, so I really want to pay the guy. If he was going out of town, I'm sure he would have said something. I have no idea what to do here, any suggestions?     | ||

I was thinking the same thing, but I'm pretty sure juice is legal in Russia. I don't think they'd give him any problems over there. Just in case, I'm not gonna email him anymore. Just sucks though, he deserves to get his cash. | ||

man, may be your source simply gone to vacation? everyone must take a break from work sometimes. if he still want to run business with you then he'll drop you a line... | ||

Vovan, I understand that everyone needs a vacation. But as I said, we spoke EVERY night on the computer. He was waiting for me to recieve so I could send the money, so if he was going on vacation, I'm sure he'd of said something. The circumstances are just too odd, something's not right. Yakuza don't be nervous.  It may be unexpected business trip. I don't know someone who don't want to take his money.BTW you can send your bucks to me if you'll be feeling better that way. I'm from Russia too. j/k LOL! | ||

Yakuza: You have a clear ethical responsibility to see that this guy gets paid. There was no "drop dead date" clause in your "contract" or understanding with him, was there? I would carry this obligation on your calendar as long as is necessary. Bjaarki | ||

If he has been busted and your worried about contacting him in case his mail is monitered then why not set up a false web mail and contact him that way. You could say your a penpal or something without mentioning the gear but let him know its you in a subtle way. | ||

Bjaarki, trust me, I intend to pay him even if it's a year before he contacts me. That was the whole point of this post. I'm just worried something bad went down with the guy and I don't want to email him now cause of that. I'm just trying to get some opinions so I can go from there. | ||

Just wait till he contacts you and then send him the money! You can email him once a week as a reminder but just wait and it will come around | ||

Wow! He sent you the gear without even being paid first. Helluva guy. I hope everything's alright. Maybe he had a family emergency or something like that. You never know what could've happened. I'm sure he'll contact you as soon as he can. | ||

Vovan, thanks for the concern bro. It seems that he did have some sort of emergency and had to go out of town for a few. He didn't have time to email anyone and tell them, so it kind of left me worried something happened to him. He's an OK guy, so I'd hate to see something bad happen to him. Lthrnk, don't take this wrong, I'm not being an ass, but did you read my last post? I spoke to him and he's been paid in full. Thanks for the input though. I doubt it's the same person, this guy's new. But as I said, it's been takin care of, and thanks for the input. | ||
