i've never really had this problem before. i have had great pumps in the past but lately i get so pumped that i can hit my full range of motion on certain exercises. like today i was working my bi's and after about 20 min i couldn't fricken bend my arms. feels like i'm only hitting about 70-75% of my normal motion. is there a way around this? or does it matter? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

My bicepts and quads get so pumped that I feel like I am about to tear them loose from the bone. On my last winny cycle my bicepts got so pumped that they hurt for like 30min after my workout. I couldn't wash my back in the shower. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm, maybe that is why my back is breaking out. Note to self, must get a shower brush to wash back. Later, ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
