Im doing my eca stack and i wana spice it up with out doing juice or clen. is it a good idea to do my normal dosaes (3 times a day) plus hydroxycut or xendrine?? if so which is the better hydroxycut or xendrine?     | ||

Omega, Hydroxycut,Xenedrine and all the other fat burners are basically generic forms of the e/c/a stack. Just watch your carb intake,stick with e/c/a and kick up your cardio work. | ||

Hey bro what i would do is check out the labels and see what ingredients are in both...I remember a while back in flex an article showing a test that showed a huge increase in bloodpressure and heart rate when taking to much ephedrine....To sum it up to much ephederine is a huge no no it will put to much stress on the heart...so if your going to mix supplements research into the ingredeints take dosages your body can handle...hope this helps ya later g | ||

I would go with Kix from USA HEALTH. I just started using it about 3 weeks ago and it was like I had never used an ECA stack before. Which is far from true cause I have tried almost all of them. All the other brands use fillers wich require you to take 2, 3, and 4 with hydroxycut to get the full dose of the ECA. Kix has the full dose in one pill with no fillers. They also seel for $20 fro 100 cap bottle. Can't beat that!My girl calls them happy pills. Anyway, Just my 2 cents.
