I need some cycle advice here guys. I'm 6'3 275 probably around 15% body fat. I have a fight coming up soon and I need to gain about 20lbs and loose about 20lbs of fat. That normally wouldn't present a problem, but I need to do cardio...alot of cardio. Not to loose fat, but to promote my red blood cell oxygen levels. How much cardio can be done safely while on a heavy bulking cycle??? The gear is not a problem, this will be my forth cycle, and I know enough to know that I grow REALLY well on two grams a week. I've never done an once of cardio while on a heavy bulk cycle. I have never wanted to make my heart work harder than it had too. This is going to be a new experience for me...I've never done a cutting cycle before, just been concentrating on bulking up for the past three years. I was thinking about something like this: month 1 mega bulk cycle Month 4 still cutting with lots of cardio I have also heard that Anadrol-50 has been called the poor man's EPO. How long does it take for A-50's red blood cell count enhancments to take place??? I was hoping for two weeks. No need to warn me about my liver. I've got my enzymes checked regularly for two years. No need to warn me about ring roid rage either...I'm far too cool of a cat...er dog...to do that kind of nastiness. I'm not asking for advice for "what do I take to become an assh@le in the ring" This is not for a title, nor even a professional fight, but it will open MANY MANY MANY doors for me. Help me out please!!!! I know I can win the fight already, so I don't feel like I am cheating anyone, but there are going to be representives from various professional wrestling organizations at this fight, and I would eat a shit sandwich to get a contract. I know I can win...I just have to look good doing it!!!! I have trusted your advice for a long time. I have inspired myself every morning when I read Ranger's poem "Gods of Thunder" which hangs on my refrigertor door at eye level. I have strived for this very moment and I have only today found out that I was accepted to the contest. Every day I go to work and run a fucking jackhammer for 10 hours, and then I come home and lift and read and try to learn more about diet and training and gear. My life is culminating at this moment and I need my brothers of this board to help me through this last leg of my uphill climb.
I know that I will be great someday. I know this will happen. I was born with a warrior spirit, unknown by most in this century, nearly forgotten since the time of the vikings. Such are my dreams in a world of fat fucks who only complain that they are fat fucks, but only say they are "big boned" or have a "thyroid disorder" I was born in the wrong time and place. I am a hunter with no prey, I am choas with nothing chaotic, I am pride with nothing to be proud of. But above all else, I am a warrior without a war worth fighting. Help me out here guys. It means EVERYTHING to me!

I would really stay away from the abomb's....BUT, I would like to see someone run after 100mg's per day for 4 weeks....heh heh heh...that would be a sight!!!! Everything else looks good, and your completely focused on your goals....the battle is half won there...I do like the story too bro....I'm up to 80,000 words on my novel....GREAT way to relax...eh?? Are you looking for us to make you cycles for the bulking and cutting phases??? and any steroid will increase your hermatocrit, just some do it better than others, if that's what you want to do, just use epo, but be very careful, do not fuck around with it. BOTH YOU MUSCLEHEADS SHOULD SEND ME YOUR WORKS IN PROGRESS SO I CAN READ THEM AND BE INSPIRED!! ------------------ | ||

It isn't the gear I need help with. I've already got it here. 20 bottles of t-200, 10 bottles of EQ, 1000 d-bol and various other odds and ends. E2 if you could enlighten me by email as to where on may procure EPO that would be outstanding. I also have no clue how to use it! Ranger, what is your novel about? My is basically a fantasy novel simalar to D&D kind of shit, Conan the barbarian and the like. My second works will be a sequel to Louis Lamours historical fiction novel "the walking drum" set in 1100 AD in spain. You should both check it out, chocked full of testosterone!
I still don't know the time frame for the fight, but I will get back to you with a definate date and time. I should be able to schedule things better then. But I need to bulk, cut, and increase my endurance within probably 3 months. I wish I had more time, but wishing will get me nothing at this point. I was worried about possible heart enlargment while on 2gm a week of gear and running all the time to increase endurance. How long will it take to increase my enderance anyway? I've never ran before, except to the refrigerator during a commercial in the game!!! I know what I need!! I need help in scheduling this nearly impossible feat. E2, your knowledge is broader than just gear, which is why I've enlisted your help. If you had three months to train for what could be the most important day of your life...how would you train, what would you take, and how much ass would you be prepared to kick??? I have planned on this general training: Weight training 5 days per week
