Ok bro's i done bench today and i felt good u know pushed 285 up for 5 took a break and wanted to max out ok so i put 340 up and got it barely but my left side was a lot slower going up but my right side went on up i know my bench can be a lot stronger??I do dumbells and my left side don't come up weak or anything. Is there anything i can do to get that left side to pull it's weight with my right side???thanks

that happens to me sometimes. i think it is just that one side is stronger than the other. happens to the best of us.

Work on your triceps. And work on form over weight. Your shoulder could also be weak, try to strengthen it as well.

do you only use db's when working your chest? could be the you're not used to it. you know how if you do a bar all the time and the switch to db's, how akward it is? it's kind of the same thing in reverse only not as bad. do it a few times and it should pass quickly.

you'll always be a little stronger on one side.
