Ok bro's i done bench today and i felt good u know pushed 285 up for 5 took a break and wanted to max out ok so i put 340 up and got it barely but my left side was a lot slower going up but my right side went on up i know my bench can be a lot stronger??I do dumbells and my left side don't come up weak or anything. Is there anything i can do to get that left side to pull it's weight with my right side???thanks ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

that happens to me sometimes. i think it is just that one side is stronger than the other. happens to the best of us. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Work on your triceps. And work on form over weight. Your shoulder could also be weak, try to strengthen it as well. chesty ------------------ Ooooh Rahhh! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

do you only use db's when working your chest? could be the you're not used to it. you know how if you do a bar all the time and the switch to db's, how akward it is? it's kind of the same thing in reverse only not as bad. do it a few times and it should pass quickly. you'll always be a little stronger on one side. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
