HELL YEA CHESTY!! Did back today too bro. One arm rows, then front pull downs with my 5th set a drop set. OH MY, I couldn't move my arms after that...but continued onward....to behind-the-neck pulldowns, reverse grip pulldowns, seated rows, and finally standing straight arm lat pulldowns.
