Does anyone else have this problem? When I am off cycle and at the beginning of a cycle is the only time this happens.I have tried everything that I can think of to stop this but if I'm not on the juice I'll puke after every workout. Thanks for any help.... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I used to nauseous during and after leg workouts and found that chewing a few Tums before the workout helped. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

You may also have low blood sugar levels, try sipping on a carb drink during your workout. chesty ------------------ Ooooh Rahhh! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I think Chesty may be right about this. Just for safety's sake, you should get your sugar checked. It's not normal to barf everytime you hit the gym. Gum can help. I chew during a workout just to keep my mouth moist, but mint flavored gum can also treat nausea. You oughto go see a doc about this, though, bro. Let us know how you make out. Also, I gotta tell you that that is a VERY strange handle you got there, my man. Bjaarki ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Like Chesty said, try sipping on a carb drink during your workouts. I used to have the same problem when I did legs, but since I started drinking carbs while I'm lifting, I don't get sick anymore. I think it was Monster who explaned to me that it's a result of your body depleting your glycogen that makes you lightheaded and sick. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
