What do you eat each day to get all those 3500 cals a day in a bulking cycle ? I have Prolab whey protein. How much shake a day do you recommend folks ?

In my simple little brain I have to do it easy.......5 cups of rice & 5 chicken breasts, about 350 protein, about 750 carbs, over 4000 cals. Toss in some beef jerky (40gms a bag)& a protein shake or two and your rockin.

After you get your protein requirement for the day through shakes, chicken, tuna, eggs, red meat, and milk I like to add one brick of Ellios pizza and 2 PB&J sandwiches..each eaten with 16 oz of skim.

red meat
cyto gainer is a good high protien high carb ,low sugar gainer that packs about 1000 caloris per serving
hamburger helper is good too.

honestly, i am blessed, i have never been over 9 percent b/f. and what do i eat? anything i can get my hands on, and i eat every two hours regardless of weather or not i am hungry. it has become quite a chore!

TODAY:
2 cups oatmeal with raisans and 1% milk
50 g protien drink

2 wheat bread peanut / raisan sandwiches
40 g protien drink.

3 chicken breasts with 1.5 cups brown rice
1 lowfat yogurt(no sugar)
1 apple

1 8oz beef pattie/ wheat roll
1 cup grapes

1 34g protien bar
1 cup oatmeal/raisans

2 chicken breast/ wheat roll ups
1 small cottage cheese
1 small bowl rice chex

10 oz shredded chicken/ no fat mayo
1 cup oatmeal

sleep and repeat tomorrow.Its bulk time.

I have a question. Why would anyone eat a protein bar? Some beef jerky's have up to 22 grams of protein in them, 1 gram of fat, and taste a hell of a lot better than a protein bar. As long as your not concerned about sodium. I never thought about this until someone brought one into work today. Oh yeah, and they are cheaper.

Usually the bigger ones. The call them beefsteaks instead of beef jerky. The one I had the other day was called something Jacks' or something. It had 22 grams of protein and 1.5 grams of fat. Cost 1.19. I bet you could get them on wholesale for even cheaper. They got all different flavors also. Just look at the nutrition labels and you can pretty much figure out which ones are better than others.
