I know a lot of guys have different recipes and ways they get their protein at work, I would like to here some, and get some new ideas. How many people take protein shakes at work? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I take frozen chicken breasts. A I just pop them in the microwave for about 8 minutes each. Instant protein my man. I know the thought of microwaving sounds nasty, but its not that bad at all. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I take protein shakes, you have to, just tell your boss that he may see you take a few extra brakes to drink them, but assure him they'll be under 2 minutes and ask if he minds. Unless he's a prick he'll appreciate your asking, also tell him it's for health/BB reasons, he should appreciate the fact that you're not a couch potatoe at home too. When I did this my boss told me how he used to lift in HS and was always asking me what I did for certain bodyparts, and how much I could lift etc. I think he was proud to employ the states strongest grocery bagger, lol. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I work in an office, so i dont have a prob keeping food/shakes at work in the fridge. My boss thinks its cool that I always am eating all the healthy shit...always asks how its going, what am i benching, etc. As far as recipes go, I like protein balls: 6 cups of chocolate protein of your choice, 1 lb honey, 1 lb peanut butter. Mix all together, then scoop it out with an ice cream scooper, throw like 3-4 per sandwich bag, then freeze overnight. I think it ends up being lie 250 cals, 28g Prot, 20g carbs, 5-7g fat-I know its not exactly right but its close. These are awesome, they will take a couple to get used to them, but they are damn good! Not good to have those around while dieting though, know that from personal exp. I dont remember where the recipe came from but I cannot take credit for them ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I sound like a broken record, but here it is again... I mix one MRP (Myoplex) and 4 scoops of whey (80 grams) for a total of 120 grams of protein or so. I make it the night before and take it in a quart container to work. I eat two food meals at work and drink that throughout the day in-between meals. I love this method. It takes five minutes to make and I can swig down 40 grams of protein in about a minute, whenever I want during the day. Sounds stupid, but it also really keeps me from getting stressed out about not getting my protein. ------------------ (formerly known as ajc1977) Visit my website at http://profiles.elitefitness.com ![]() ![]() ![]()

Im in an office most of the time and running around town some of the time. In the office is chicken (white breast skin/bone -less) and fat free cheese sandwich, tuna cans (by it self), and protein shakes (if you can call them that) mixed with water with a spoon. cccluummpy. I work in a small office so its a pain getting up every 3 hours to nuke my sandwich or drain the tuna or mix my shake. I try to consolidate trips (bathroom and protein/carb intake) at the same time so I dont look like a freak getting up every 30 mins to do something. Slopain ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Baza, I keep it in the refridgerator, but I'm sure it would be fine in a cooler with an ice pack...It's still really easy and relatively cheap. ------------------ (formerly known as ajc1977) Visit my website at http://profiles.elitefitness.com ![]() ![]() ![]()
