Gonna start off with dumbell flat press, incline presses, flat fly's, incline fly's, cables and finish with some dips! I hope to pass out! I probably wont be able to undress for at least a day.

I switched it up yesterday and went with all dumbells. Presses, inclines, flyes, and pullovers. Of course it didn't hurt that there was a hot chick over by the dumbell rack, I figured it was a win,win situation.
Anyhow, my chest felt great today, and the chick will have to wait for another day..

If my memory serves me you are a police officer, I've got a nice little question for you. If one were to pull a little prank on someone who kicked them out of the movies, say put shit all over there car, what could be the legal consequances? If one(it's not me I swear, LOL) made sure that none of the stuff was damaging. Basically I hit some guys car with the contents of my spitter and when I drove by later that night the cops were there. One of my friends knows the guy I hit and apperantly someone from the cinema saw me because they have my liscense plate. It's been 3 weeks, I really don't think the cops gave two shits, but if they did, what consequences could I encounter? thanks. And man, you must be one experianced mofo to take on that chest routine, but I saw your pics so I'm sure you can handle it. LAter

As for the shit on the car, if all you hit was the car with the contents of your spit cup and no damage was done, then maybe disorderly conduct or criminal mischeviounous (sp)both misdemeanors.

Now if any of the contents happened to hit a person, you could be charged with battery, which in this case it would be a felony, since you technically used a weapon (the spit) and because of the diseases associated with bodily fluids, they could charge you with other crimes. But, they would have to prove your intent to infect the person or persons. But for each person hit with spit, the least they could charge you with is 1 count of battery for each individual hit.

But if it has been three weeks, I don't know. It may be that they have a back log and just haven't gotten to it. If I had taken the case, depending on the circumstances, I may have tried to get him/her not to press a case, that in all likely hood is going nowhere.

Call the pd station if concerned and see if there is a case pending against you. Call the records department to specifically.
