I posted here last year about an illness Im fighting(CFIDS) and how I have a script for test. cyp to combat fatigue. Well before I became sick I was on juice and reached 230 lbs lost it all because of it. About 2 months ago i was up to 220 lbs. Now I move to FL and work 50 hours a week and cant sustain enough energy to work and train. I have dwindled down to 195 lbs and have decided to step away for a while to ponder my next move. I will still drop by and give input every once in a while. Thanks for reading this and I WILL BE BIG AGAIN! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Well that sucks you have to take a step back. You might want to still do some kind of maintenance program so you dont have to much to add back if you decide to return. Just a thought, and take care Bro!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Pillboy: Sorry to hear about your illness, and you change in routine, bro. What is CFIDS, and how debilitating is it? I'm just wondering how heavy is the burden you're carrying. Don't be a complete stranger to the board, bro. Bjaarki ------------------ BECOME SOMEONE'S HERO! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

These things happen. I'm in the same boat now, but for different circumstances. Look to the future, but don't stare too hard. IronMike ![]() ![]() ![]()

Well, I'm sorry to hear that bro. But you'll be back, I'm sure. Anyone who once catch that gym-adiction, he/she becomes adicted for ever, no matter what. Take care, and get well soon. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I know the feeling with the long work weeks, energy is a big problem as is time. Im 23 with no family commitments and i still have no time for anything other than eating, working, lifting, and showering. Good luck and STAY healthy! Slopain ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I laid off lifting for a few months a ways back. The trick is to leave a deadlift bar in your yard. Once or twice/day do an easy, lazy set. This is great as a natural T stimulator. For whatever reason,I find this to be the best and easiest way to maintain during a lay off.Loss of strength will be minimal and slow, especially compared to doing nothing.Don't become normal!you need pain! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Thanks for all the support fellas. CFIDS stands for chronic fatigue immune dysfunction syndrome, and it can be very debilitating(sp). I will see you all around. PS. a very good book on anabolics, nutrition and other hormones is called "Built To Survive" by Micheal Mooney. Its about HIV people but it is also for BB's. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
