Because I workout so hard and so often, I think I'm overworking my joints; especially the shoulders and elbows. I dont eat vitamin or mineral supplements but I think I really should. I do eat healthy though and I eat a lot of fruits. My shoulders and elbows are starting to make cracking noises when I move them. I'm sure that I'm gonna injure myself seriously within the next little while. My joints have had enough. What should I do? What supplements or vegetables should I eat? I heard cabbage and cauliflower and broccoli are good for joint maintenance. What do you guys think?

Dude, either it's the crystal you're on or you're simply impatient, but you only gave people six minutes to respond before a rudely implied bump.

Glucosamine Phosphate and Chondroitin Sulfate is a decent herbal supplement to add to the diet. I used it with some success for my elbow tendonitis. It takes time, and you don't want to miss a dose.

gymrat is correct. i use both of those supps with great results. it wil take abbout 2-3 weeks for you to notice a diff in your joints. it did for me , but might be longer or shorther for yourself.

You can try varying the volume of your workouts. Try mixing up periods of light weight, high volume with periods of heavy weight, low volume. My joints hurt as well but they don't seem to hurt as bad when I make sure my form is near perfect.

As far as supplements are concerned you can use glucosamine sulfate HCL and it may help a little. I know people that swear by using a tablespoon of apple cider vinager a day to releive joint pain and lower blood pressure. I can't get the nasty vinager down but I have good things by those than can. Deca can help to lubricate your joints and the water retention from test helps as well. If your problem is joint inflammation then advil always helps me with that.

Later,
giantset

you may be overloading your joints too much. if you go on a cycle you get very strong muscles but your joints wont compensate that fast, hence joint pain. gymrat was right about the supplements and the other guy was right about the volume.
But, you could have another problem. You might have muscle imbalances and yes they cause you to have pain in and around that joint. E-mail me if you need more info.
