i can get this stuff really cheap, is it worth it? this stuff doesn't cost much more than lots of supplements. i have heard some good things about it, but couldn't find much when i did a search here. has anyone used it?     | ||

i got no idea myself. IMO, it would be best used with a bulking cycle. this stuff will help inhibit carbs turning into fat. i'm gonna use it for somewhere around 8-11 weeks. | ||

I'm using it right now as part of my CKD to speed the descent into Ketosis. Not using it during the carb up as my insulin sensitivity should be high at that point. I'm not sure how it would work on a bulking cycle. |
