no, im in AUstralia, every time i have come back from overseas they have had a dog at the airport, i must admit, australians have one the best customs in the world,good but also bad. | ||

I was a K-9 officer for 6 years, I have been in law enforcement for 10. I have never ran across a dog or heard of one that was certified in detecting the odor of A/S. In fact, the USPCA (United States Police Canine Association) does not offer (to my knowledge) a certification in A/S detection. To obtain a PD II Certification the dog must be able to detect marijuana, cocaine, metamphetamine and heroin. Having said this, a dog can be trained to detect the odor of anything. My question is, can a dog smell it even if it is in an ampule? | ||

If it is in an amp, there would be no odor, however, there could be drug residue on the box or amp giving off odor. | ||

those dogs are pretty damn good on the small amounts of residue they can detect, thnaks for the info ic576 |
