A staple in my diet is homemade hamburgers. Nothin fancy here, Just make em big, plenty of protein, and carbs from the bun. I also like cooking 2 boxes of chicken flavored RiceARoni, and cooking 3-5 lbs of chicken breasts. then serve the chicken covered with the RAR. Egg whites covered with melted cheese wrapped up in a tortilla is good for breakfast. 2 Scoops protein powder, 1 cup of oatmeal, 30 oz milk all in a blender is quick and good. Spaghetti with meatsauce. Make your own sauce with a lot of extra beef, for more protein. Thats all I can think of right now, but there's a lot more that I eat regularly, I'll post it if I remember. HAMBURGER HELPER WITH A BUTT LOAD OF HAMBURGER,ITS CALORIE DENSE AND PACKED WITH PROTIEN(LITTLE HIGH IN SODIUM). I BUY FLANK STEAK AND MARINATE THEM THEN MAKE STIR FRY OUTTA IT AND SERVE IT OVER RICE. PEANUT BUTTER RIGHT OUTTA THE JAR WITH SOME MILK.
