Gee I must be a young one, 16.5 inches, last measured 4 months ago when an arm size post came up. I ran into the kitchen to measure them so I could post it on the thread, they're definately bigger now, but I couldn't tell you how much, I don't know how fast they could grow in that time, naturally anyway. I'm 6'2 237lbs and my arms fucking suck ass!!! They are about 18 inches flexed. I've done everything but Synthol and PGF to try and help them out. Oh well....arm hell forever!! How about someone posts a killer arm program? PPLLEEAAASSSEEE!!! | ||

5'10, 240lbs, 20in cold easy, maybe larger, pumped they look like they need a shoe, around 5-6%bf, All natural, before you flame and make yourself look like a moron, genetics , proper diet and training play a big role in my physique, actually if I heard anyone else say the above stats it would be hard to believe and questionable because that is pretty rare but it is all true, if this doesnt satisfy your ability to believe I am in Houston, Tx so if your ever down or in the Houston area email me and will meet up at a gym, peace and God bless. ------------------ | ||

Damn brothers, i wish some of y'all would post pics. I mean, i believe y'all, about the arm size, but shit if i had 19" arms i would post a pic. The biggest my arms were was 17"1/2 and stats were 5'10" 175. Well they werent' 19", but i felt left out of the post..lol.... Later. | ||

No offense guys, but i'll have to say that bf% plays a huge role in this measurement. I know several guys who have 20" arms, the only problem is that 2 inches of that is due to fat. If you're below 10% bf then you're measurements are about right, if you're over then i feel that you're measurements dont' count. ------------------ | ||

At end of cycle, I was 19.25 cold and just shy of 20 warm. Right now I am at 18.75, cold as of two weeks ago, and 19.5 warm. I am 5'10 1/2 in, weigh 237lbs. chesty ------------------ Ooooh Rahhh! | ||

I'll have to agree with E2(as always) bf% has alot to do with arm size I got a guy working for me with 20inch arms but he's also at I'd say 25 30% bf. ME 6ft 225 just barley 19 inch last bf% 1 month ago was 8% but hey I've been training for 16+ yrs so I should be at the 20 mark. oh well. | ||

17.5 cold! Anybody got any good arm workouts they would like to pass along? 5'10" at 272 15%-16%bf 19.5 inch cold pumped 20 +. I agree that body fat plays some role in big pipes but to say that if your not under 10% than your #'s are bullshit is little extreme. I find it hard to belieive Im storing that much fat in my arms if I got veins ripping through my forearms,bi's and tris. My waist is a different story

really though who care's? i have seen women in the shopping market with over 20" arms and I have seen Lee Labrada with 18" arms and guess what his look a hell of alot better. there are no tape measures or scales on stage it's quality not quanity everytime. and no my arms are not 20" but i am 5'3 and there fuc...g huge. | ||
