This is my third cycle in about a year and a half. It just started during the cycle im presently on (deca and Dbol) I was doing chins and my bicep and forearm got so pumped that is locked up. I couldn't bend at all. Now that I can move it my forearm hurts all the time. I can't do hammer curls at all. I went from doing 70lbs hammers to struggling to lift 20's? Any help would be appreciated. thanks bros

You probably strained your muscle. Make sure you're drinking a ton of water, as dehydrtion can contribute to that. Maybe even some gatorade.

I've never experienced anything like that before. Sounds like you might have pulled/strained/torn something in your forearm. Give it some rest and see how it feels.

Muscle cramping and your forearm locking up
can be a mineral deficiency, particularly potassium. Just a long shot. After a good arm wkout my forearms occasionally spasm and
my wrist curls inward and I have to pull it straight. Drinking more H2O and a vitamin suppliment have helped.
