Ok, i went out and bought 2 bottles of it. 90 pills of 250mg in each bottle. now it was said to take 5grams. if i am correct with 250mg each pill that would be 20 pills a day?? and some people say there are taking 10 grams? that is 40 pills?? isnt that a bit much, the lady said not to go over 1 gram a day? But if it works with taking 20 pills for 5 grams then i guess i have no choice. For now i will take maybe 2.5 grams a day which is 10 pills just to see if that helps at all. I have a bottle of 60 x 1000mg. Yes, that's right - 1 gram per capsule. This keeps the number of capsules to a minimum. It is made by a company called Natural Factors. You should have no problem finding it - the company is based in BURNABY, B.C.!!! | ||

yeah, try to find pills that are either 500 or 1000, 250 is too inconvient and probably more expensive. | ||

Yeah I have 1gm pills. You can take 30 gms a day if you want with no side effects if you want. Your body will just piss out what it cant use. | ||

fuck guys,thanx. i guess i spent 20 bux for nothing, 9 bux a bottle. shit. and i live in burnaby, but i dont know where this natural factors place is at? BTW, I noticed a big difference in the way my skin felt in only 2 days. A hell of a lot less oily, and my skin is begining to clear up now. I really didn't have a problem with acne though, but my skin feels so much better. Thank you whoever posted that. | ||

oh dear, i just saw that. crappy deal!!! i guess i will use up these pills and buy some of those 500 mg or 1000 mg pills. cuz 20 pills a day for 5 grams is ALOT for me anywayz. gunna try maybe 10-15 pills a day and see how it works..eheh...thanx bros for all this help. i will post on how it works for me kram-mark |
