ok ive read many post where people get customs letter and everone says ignore it. but now i totally understand how you shit your pants when it happens to you mine just says they have siezed my dbol (which means they already had it tested and know what it is?!?!) and i can fight it in court if i post a $250 bond this was all that was siezed from a large order, everything else came ok. if i just ignore this will i be ok? is my address flagged now? should i clean out my house? ------------------     | ||

Your address is now flagged from that port of entry. The d-bol had to be in a seperate box. If not, clean out the house and ignore the letter. | ||

normally they just say you may have interest in a pakage that was seized and they say what code you may have violated, but i have not heard of them naming the item seized. having said that , what i would do just to be safe. place your stuff in a safe area outside your home like maybe a friends house or girlfriendfor a few weeks maybe 2 or so. if they want to come after you they would do it very quikley. but what ever you do do not keep stuf on your property and NEVER admit to anything. deny knowing anything about order no matter what they say or threaten you with just say speak to my lawyer, end of conversation! now do not be nervous unless you ordered a huge amount or what they might consider a dealers supply you should be safe. just ignor letter and take a few precations and you should be ok. later | ||

Ignore it and go on!! get a new addy cause yours is now flagged, you wont get your shit so no need to send in the reply. glad thats all you lost though,I got popped by customs for 1000 D and 30 amps sus, sucked like a motherfucker.  | ||

thanks for the advise guys.. ulter..yes it was shipped seperately bigguns..exact wording was "dianabol (steroids), approx 104 each" thanks for the help now heres my question, if im now flagged by miami customs does this mean that other ports of entries dont have me flagged?? ------------------ | ||

When I had my gear seized it had the chemical name printed on the letter along with the amount seized. ------------------ [email protected] | ||

best thing to do is either get new mail drop with differant name or just use differant name with same address. they flag source of order and yor name.best bet use new name with differant address to be safe. later | ||

Just curious if anybody on here has actually had to pay a fine or done jail time because of ordering gear. If its enough just for personal use what is the worst that can happen? | ||

i had my order seized, and had a detective pay me a visit a few days later. so it may not be a bad idea to stash your stuff for a few days. i was not home when the detective came over, but he stated to my room mate that it was about things i was ordering online. he never came back though, so i got a lawyer just in case. | ||

have your source, send gear through first class mail, customs has to have a reason to search it. Packages sent through anything lower than first class mail, are subject to random tests |
