I am starting a sust cycle and am worried that I might over train. I have heard that you should only do 5 sets with 4 reps per day cycling through the body parts through the week. Is this too much or too little? Is it too little or too much if your on a cycle. I am new to it and want to make sure I do everything right. The cycle will be sust only 1 amp/4 days

Depends on how many days you train per week. As long as you have a rest day or two, you'll be fine. As for your reps and sets, I train with same number of sets that I do usually but I decrease the reps to 8 or less. The exception is legs and calves. AY ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
