I would keep the milk very low if your cutting...like you said breads...white pasta,white rice...fruit juice....basically keep the fat intake low and avoid high glycemic carbs..simple sugars and such....I see your canadian....check out my board sometime..

all dairy, cheese, milk, except egg white
all fruit and fruit juice
all sugar
no carbs 4 hours before bed. switch to fiberous carbs at night
don't worry about sodium as if you compete you will deplete 1 week before

guys come on i'm trying to be serious here? I know that i shouldnt eat fast foods, twinkies, chocolate cake... etc... overlarged pussy

how about soya milk?
and all fruits, why's that....sugar???

and what are some fiberous carbs????

i'm trying to cut all of my carbs throughout the day... is that dangerous?

I have heard dairy slows your metabolism but milk is the fuckin' purest form of nutrition. I couldn't live without milk. So if you are cutting natural, maybe restrict it. But if your using anabolics and/or t3/clen then don't worry about it. Just my opinion.
