The extreme board is down for good! I created the board and watched over it untill 9/1/00 when I left. Since they have had alot of problems and that board is now down for good. There is a new site that should be up in about 6 months (from the makers of www.theanabolicworld.com) and I will be working for them But now this will be my home if you guys will have me!?     | ||

sorry it was a good board like the others before it with the same people. its a sorry event when some folks destroy a good thing and repeat mistakes made before and I am not speaking of you. this was very valuable info on the board and its unfortunate it went the direction it did. welcome back to elite fitness | ||

Y-M-K There was small group of good guys and some newbies. I Crashed the board when One of my mailing addys was posted.. It was a good board with alot of good info on it, but then it turned into a flame board. And yea there was alot of flame about ttokkyo ( I still dont think that subject is all clearded up but at least now I am out of it. | ||
