Well remeber all those questions about dieting drugs etc i asked you guys a while back, well after 1 week i lost 12 pounds and lost over an inch on my waist. my priority is just to burn fat at the moment im still young and got the rest of the year to put on the mass. Im doing the E/C/A stack, eating around 1500cal a day pretty much all from protein, i have one crack day (carb up) to shock my body. and cardio 5-6 times a week for 30-60 min a day. This is working out very good for me so far, i would like to thank all the people that gave me tips and helpped me mold this diet together. I am right there with you bro. I have been at around 15% BF for the past two years and it is finally coming off. I can't even keep my pants up anymore because I have lost so much on my waste. Ahhh, it is a great feeling. Uh, and you said you give yourself one crack day. That might help with burning the fat but smoking crack is not good for you Omega.
