Anyone know a good excersie to work the outer pecs. The side that is toward the arm pit. My inner is real good, but the outsides just don't seem to be coming along.

I do both of them and they seem to have no real good affect on them. I do them slowly and squeeze at the top. But I don't get much from them.

use an incline bench bro, it should hit the outer pecs harder.

Okay I will post my entire chest routine and you tell me if I need to add something to help with them. Everything is 3 set 5-10 reps depending on the weight.

Incline bench press
Inclins DB press
Flat bench press
Flat DB press.
Incline bench fly. (arms straight out)
Incline bench fly. (arm bent)
Flat bench fly (arms straight out)
Flat bench fly (arms bent)

Anything else needing to be added.

try pre-exhausting your pecs first with low weight high reps as a warm up, then hit the heavy routine straight away with no rest in between.
I find this works for me - your routine looks very similar to mine.

While flyes and inclines are good choices, pullovers can help bring out your serratus and also give your chest a wider appearance. Some feel that they expand the ribcage.

aahepp,

I used to have the same problemo, but here is the sure remedy:

Flat bench, bring the barbell down to your neck. Try to use the smith machine to use good form. You wont be able to do as much as regular flat, and make sure that you use good control!!
