Hey Bros, need some help here with the chest workouts. I've been making crazy gains in both size and strength in all areas with chest being the exception. Correction - I've been making great gains in the strength with chest but no SIZE!

So, I'm coming to you guys for some new chest exercises that will shock my chest and stimulate some serious growth. Let me hear your best one's where you get the best results. Thanks.

The #1 thing that makes my chest grow is Flat bench heavy followed by fly's (I like the machine) 3-4 sets to failure @ 10-12 reps.

The pump is unbeleivable.

300 KLEEN, are you saying to do 3-4 sets and go to failure on every set? Also, everything that I've ever read said that dumbell presses (incline/decline) and dumbell flys were the best for chest growth. Any thoughts on this?

for building mass you want to do movements that allow you to lift as much as you can; the heavier you lift, the bigger you will get. make sence? so stick to heavy excercises such as flatbb, incline bb.

dumbell are good too

Diesel, I have been making some great gains with alternating press and flye movements.
E.g. workout 1 start with incline Flye.
then do your presses.
Workout 2 Start with your presses then finish with your flyes.
It had made a difference.

I hate to say it, but some of it may be genetic. I have a friend who was really strong on chest but his pecs were mini in size. Mine grew better than average. I think any heavy pressing movements combined with other excercises help sculpt them up. I like to do some iso-lateral hammer strength machine on chest day too, it really isolates them. Maybe widen your grip some what.
