are shoulder injections just as effective as glute and quad injections? where is the safest part of the delt to inject?     | ||

Inject the outer part. Don't inject the middle, that's where the nerve is! (ouch!) and I wouln't recommend injecting more than 3cc's into a delt... ------------------ |
