My ass is getting sore...i dont want to build excess scare tissue...so its time to alternate sites...i am going to the quad next through my research it says the quad has alot of blood vessels and nerves.....i am pretty sure of the location to inject...i always here people say they hurt like hell in the quad.....i am injecting 750mg of sus and 400mg of primo a week of course i am splitting up the injections.........Tell me your thought on quad injections and any tips!!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I only do quads. Once you've done them a while they are easier than glutes, plus there's no psciatic nerve to nail! Outer sweep, thumb to finger up from the knee and thumb to finger down from hip, the area inbetween is best. Avoid nearing the hams and the upper quad. I may bleed slightly once every 10-12 shots. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
