i'm getting my surgery on Nov. 10... just wondering if someone can tell me how long i wont be able to go to the gym/work??? Also, how long after my surgery do you think i can start my cycle, and do you think it's a good idea to use Nolvadex throught-out my whole cycle.... no matter what i'm planning on taking because i dont want it to EVER come back!

any other info would be appriciated!

Good for you AKY! My bud had it removed he was in the gym in just under 2 weeks, but waited a about 3 weeks before he started heavier chest exercises. Try to have the doc remove the gland - its an interesting topic b/c Im not sure if that causes an subtle indent in your chest or not.

Please make sure yuor doc knows what he is doing, my bud was left with a visible scar because the doc fucked up.

listen and listen good. noladex is not the right thing to use. it only blocks the estrogen from reaching the receptor but some will still get through. proviron eliminates the aromitization of steriods. you wont get gyno with proviron. teslac is even better but it is very expensive and hard to find. go with proviron and you wont have a gyno problem again. 25-50mg a day right from the start.

Actually you may want to stack them (nolvadex and proviron) obviously I am going to assume you cant afford/get arimidex which is the miracle drug your looking for but I have heard nolva/prov together are a good combo (what im doing now with my current cycle). The nolvadex IS effective though. Id say use it throughout the cycle for now on as the only gains you will be cutting is the water gains which will leave anyways.

And remember if you got your gyno from deca its progesterone that cause it and the anti-estros wont do jack so switch to EQ (you may know this already but I wasnt sure where the gyno started from)

How big or bad is it, what would you compare the size to? can you see the nips under a hanging shirt? Im just curious...

nah only if they REMOVE the gland, if they remove the tissue and leave the gland it can come back.

I had it removed about 5 years ago, the surgery went fine except my nipples looked funny for about 3 years, I started training after 3 weeks but very light and increased the weight as time go, be careful after your surgery and don't overdo it, it should be fine...good luck

the reason my insurance ocvered it is because my doc said that if you're not overweight, then it happened through peuberty(sp?) He didnt even ask if i ever took AS or didnt do any tests???? I live in Canada as well, i dont know, guess i lucked out!

I was even willing to pay for it when i went to speak to the doc, but he said it would be covered!
