--1 can tuna, 1 can tomato sauce, 1/2 serving of good 'ole mac 'n cheese... --1 can tuna, hell of a lot of mustard, some pickle relish, making a sandwich is optional... --1 can tuna, lots of ketchup, put it on tortillas and heat 'em up... These are all quick and easy, and edible I think! ------------------

I personally like tuna and Tabasco (both red pepper and jalapeno). You might want to try this site: Dexter ------------------

Hey, Fitnesschick, think I'll try the tuna and V8 combo. Sounds tasty. Do you use a little or a lot of V8? Just curious. And why do you call it CHUM? Dexter ------------------

Mr. Taylor from england (Mr. triceps) posted a tuna mix in Flex one time, it's a can a albacore tuna (white tuna, the best kind) and a can of diet coke and spins it in the blender? supposed to be good?

If your low carbing...2 cans of tuna with lots of deli style musturd. Keep cans in rerigorater so it's cool. Then sprinkle 1/4 cup of fat free chedder cheese over tuna and microwave for 2 minutes.
