There is a newer group called Disturbed they have a song called stupify that totally kicks ass but I would reccomend the whole CD. I got mine off napster.. It's one of the most kick ass CD's out there right now.. Track 10 is a heavy heavy remake of the song "Shout" by tears for fears and song 11 talks about "smashing plates" gotta check it out! | ||

AC/DC and Motorhead get me pumped. Violent, aggressive bands singing about violence and sex and beating up cops and killing people. However, I am able to turn off my aggression (somewhat) once I leave the gym. If you're doing it right, you'll leave having worked out that aggression on the fucking weights. Lemme know if you want some specific songs. | ||
