Definatly go to a gym. I've done both and I'm much happier going to a gym. More equipment, better qualty, gain better contacts and an easier atmosphere to train. With what you'd pay on equipment you could probably get a membership for a year anyway. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I train 3 days with my brother at his home gym and 3 days by myself at a gym. I defently get a much better workout in a gym, I seem to workout harder when more people are around, I love going when it is packed with people working out. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I prefer going to a gym, you can't beat the atmosphere. I train more intensely at the gym' but I also have a bowflex at home for days that I can't make it. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Bowflex LOL!! I need one of those. Anyways, I love going to the gym. I kinda enjoy all the people especially when there's a couple of hotties in there giving you that fuck me look. What can I say, I'm beautiful, lol!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
