Week Deca Sust(1 shot every 5 days)
1 300 350
2 300 350
3 300 350
4 300 350
5 300 350
6 200 350
7 200 350
8 200 350

What do you guys think? Im 5'10, 160, Been lifting for 2 Years. This is my first cycle.
I plan to eat 3600 cals/day, with 300+ grams of protein. Clomid(50mg) EOD & Clomid(50mg) ED for 2 weeks, waiting 2-3 weeks after last sust inj.

how do you plan to pull off 350mg's of sust per week? Did you mean 250 or 500?

350 a week is the average of 1 sust injection every 5 days for 8 weeks.

I lifted for several years stuck at the same weight/strength.
My first cycle was just 200deca week for 12weeks...that's it.
I seriously put on 30lbs and I kept 20-25 of it. Zero side-effects obviously.
After that I had to start using sus250 and up the deca to 400 to get decent gains.
But I still got my most dramatic gains off that first lame little cycle.
I'm NOT a competitive bb'er...maybe you are. But I'd take it easy. My opinion, my not-pro personal experience.

(Preparing for flame-fest for only doing 200 deca. (grin))

Bro,
I think you may be wasteing some deca there as this is your first cycle you dont need a huge amount of A/S to get good gains. Also you may wanna up the sust to 500mg and keep to 200mg of deca.

Week4----500mg-----200mg-------
Week5----500mg-----200mg-------
Week6----500mg-----200mg-------

Week8----500mg-----200mg-------50mg EOD
Week9----000mg-----000mg-------100mg EOD
Week10---000mg-----000mg-------50mg EOD

Im currently doing this cycle at the moment i started last week. As long as your diet is good you should get some good gains off this.

You may even think about dropping to 200mg of sust rather than 500mg.
