Its a collection of fatty tissue and may be burned off like all other fat (so I have heard) ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

To solve this problem, just do a lot of pushups, flyes, cable crossovers..to burn that layer of fat..if that dont work, go to a Doctor. ![]() ![]() ![]()

Damn bber2000....where the hell did you get that shit! You can't spot reduce with exercise. If you lose fat its a whole body thing and has nothing to do with the specific area you work. You can do abs till the cows come home and if you don't diet you'll still have a fat gut! Anyway, to help you bro, you can reduce mild cases. I have some and it increases during when I mass up but every year when I diet down for a contest it all but disapears. Mine usually goes when I am 7% or less body fat but that is an individual thing. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Spot reduction is a myth BB'er. Can't be done. What I would do to burn that sucker off is put a little airplane glue on your nipple and stand too close to the stove. j/k hahaha. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]()

I like this topic, I have no symptons of gyno but noticed one of my nips is a little puffy so far no one else seems to notice (I have asked my girl and my training buddy and let me tell you thats not a comfortable question "Hey does my left tittie look puffy to you?") but I am understandably paranoid seeing one of my buds go under the knife for it. I just started a test/deca/dbol cycle and before the nips would just get kind of hard (no laughs Im sure this happens to most that use test) like if its cold outside. No pain, no lumps, but it is puffed a bit. Is this similiar to you consultant. Also I keep hearing about that arimidex experiments to reduce this type of symptons, any one heard of anyone doing this or results? (its been a couple months) Slopain ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
