lets talk about diets!!!!!i have read alot about different splits of carbs and protein but lets make it self explanitory...i always here people say make sure your diet is right!!!!!!!Well what is a good diet while on gear?????i am on a dbol/sus/primo cycle i have cycled before...But i am trying to get the maximum gains posible...i will list my daily diet tell me what you think!!!!

meal 1:: re-workout 530am:: rotein shake 45gr protein
meal2::::730am 10 egg whites 1 yolk...bowl of oatmeal
meal3:::1030am meal replacement 45gr protein
meal4::::100pm:: 3 small cans of tuna fish,,with 4 piecies of fat free cheese
meal5:::::300pm:::meal replacement
meaL6:::::600pm::::10ozs of top round steak and baked potatoe
meal7:::::900pm::::8ozs of chicken breast and a protein shake...

what do you think????

Not enough carbs to get yolked man, sorry.

My diet looks something like this
Meal 1: 4 egg whites, 4 cups of cheerios, 2 cups milk, 1 scoop protein shake
Snack: 2 scoops Protein shake
Meal 2: 2 chicken breasts, 1 cup rice, 1 cup corn
Snack: 2 scoops Protein shake
Meal 3: 1 can tuna, 1 can beans, 1 cup peas
Meal 4: same as meal 2
Meal 5: 1 can tuna, 1 cup pasta, 1 cup veggies
Meal 6: 2 scoops Protein shake, 3 bananas, 1 cup milk
Meal 7: 1 can tuna

I am going to start eating some lean beef, steaks, etc. so that I don't always eat chicken, tuna.
But mine looks more of a diet to me.
I shouldn't say diet, I should say a way to bulk.
