KOVACS HE HAS BEEN REPORTED TO WEIGH AROUND OR OVER 400 POUNDS AT ONE TIME, THAT WAS IN A RECENT ISSUE OF FLEX I THINK IT WAS. IF ITS TRUE HE'S THE BIGGEST. | ||

Vic Richards slept at my friends house for a guest posing. At 7:00am my friend got up because there was a bunch of noise in the kitchen, my friend got up and he goes in the kitchen and Vic was boiling 9 dozen eggs and guess what he ate the whole thing in one sitting (whites only). and for his next meal he had 8 cups of rice and 13 chicken breasts and kept going like that all day. Man can you imagine bro's, that's crazy. Also he was going the legs press at the gym to pump up before the guest posing and he was doing 22 plates with 3 people on the top for reps, 50 some reps. The man is awesome. | ||

That's a good picture of Kovacs! too bad he only looks like that a few days a year! that Hydroxycut must be kicking ass! but I have to say, 26" guns is damn impressive... |
