Hey bros. I'm having a hard time deciding on some foods to eat. I don't want to eat fatty things all day. What do you recommend is ok? I usually just eat chicken and tuna, and have protein shakes with milk. I don't like fish. Are hot dogs ok to eat? Please help I'm bulking and have some bf% to watch so I can't pig out all day Thanks.

PROTEINS=chicken, turkey, pork, eggs, tuna, MRPs, powders, nuts, etc.
CARBS=whole wheat pastas/breads, fresh (or canned, dried, etc.) fruits, and all vegetables are pretty good for you
FATS=the good ones, flax oil, primrose oil, nuts, natural (the oily kind) peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin is best)...

Alright bro I am going to assume you are eating 5-7 meals a day and getting 2-3gram protein per lb. So here are some of the things I eat.
Breakfast:
Eggs (3/1 whites.whole), with lean beef, onions peppers, garlic. Whole wheat pankakes with pb and syrup. Oatmeal w/ blueberries..

snacks: Shakes, fruits, whole wheat begals with pb or fruit spread, cottoge cheese, various bars

Lunch/supper: Chicken, tuna, fish, lean beef with baked potato, sweet potato, rice, vegtables

It is basically the right numbers of carbs/proteins/good fats and finding the foods you like. I just try to stay away from bad fats and get pleanty of good ones
