Just wanted to get some sound advice from the big ass fellas out there-I'm 195lbs. 6'ft-15%BF-my diet is 70/pro-20/carb-10/fat=4000cal.use supps-creatine of course-but I have hit a plateau.I can't move forward and I am starting to lack motivation. My goal is 225 at 5.5%BF-I have my first stack, but want to get the most naturally before I go to the"other-side".I have alot of respect for ya'll bustn yer ass and having the dedication to achieve yer goals. I'm just not making gains anymore and want to achieve my own goal.

Bro' youre at the right place! What are you thinking about doing for your first cycle... post it and maybe we all can help.

Any really "iffy" questions please shoot to a mod, and you'll keep the flames to a minimum.

peace,

If you have not had a break in a while take a week off, really gets me charged to get back in the gym, make sure you take the whole 5-7 days off if you decide to do it - you should be psyched to get back in there - seems like too simple of an answer but it does have a big effect on you.

Try changing your routine if its stagnant - when i get un-motivated it usually is because I have been doing the same thing for too long which gets boring as well as crippling gains - key is to shock your body into growth.

bro PLEASE take a weak off if changing your routine doesnt work (and I dont just mean putting bis with tris instead of shoulders although that may be enough) but time in the gym diet cardio everything... for a while - but you will be AMAZED at what happens if you step out of the gym for a while IF you feal de-motivated... really works wonders..

TAKE FOUR DAYS OFF....I KNOW FROM EXPERIENCE THIS WILL RELIGHT THE FIRE...also, change up the routine when you come back and do some different excercises with lighter weight...then increase weight weekly...
