I am on the 7th week of my cycle.

500mg Polysteron per week
400mg Deca per week
25mg per day RefB for first 5 weeks

Started cycle weighing 170 with 19%BF
Currently weigh 180 with 16%BF

I am having a hard time eating enough. I usually get in about 3000 cals per day at best. Protein intake is about 230 grams per day and drinking a gallon of water.

I really feel like my gear is legit so why am I not gaining more? I know I need to try to increase cals and protein but you would think I would have gained quite a bit more by now.

This is my first cycle in 11 years.

Any suggestions to improve my gains?

I still have five more weeks to go on this cycle.

Oh yea, I am also taking clomid EOD.

You gained 13.5lbs of lean bodymass while loseing 3.5lbs of Fat.

That is very good!

I agree, I am not saying that 13.5 lbs is bad. It's just that I have seen people on this board doing a cycle similar to mine and gaining 15 to 20 lbs by week 7. Since this is like a first cycle for me I just expected a little more by week 7.

that much LEAN body mass is a tremendous gain....i think dan duchaine said in his writings somewhere that if you take 2 lbs of steak and look at how much it is physically, it's actually quite a lot of muscle...just something to think about here

Thanks for the replies. My bodypart measurements have not increased dramatically but everything is fairly rock hard where it used to be kind of semi-soft. Also my shape is definitely changing. My wife keeps telling me that I am looking more "developed".

I guess I'm just want the gains to keep coming. If I get a solid 15 pounds of LEAN muscle from this cycle, I'll feel good about my efforts.

When people say they are gaining twenty pounds, alot of it is usually water weight. If you can get 15 lbs of solid maintainable muscle out of any cycle, then it was a successful one.
